Our Scope covers from conceptualizing to design, manufacturing on to erection and commissioning of:

• Gas Flaring systems : Elevated type (self-supported, guy rope supported, derrick supported) with accessories like KOD, water seal, gas seal, flame front generator, pilot burners, pilot flame sensing arrangement, automation as per process requirement of steel, chemical, oil and gas, industries.
• Bio Gas enclosed and Open flare systems:CDM grade enclosed flares with automation, instrumentation, data logging, with guaranteed methane destruction of more than 99%. Bio Gas open flares with ignition system, flame arresters and accessories, operating panel & instrumentation. Mainly for effluent treatment plants, Palm oil industry.
• Custom engineered burners and combustion systems for application in steel industry for rotary dryers, vertical shaft kiln furnace, pallet baking furnace, steel ladle heating systems, Tundish preheaters & dryers in continuous casting plants, etc. These burners are designed for the fuels like blast furnace gas, mixed gas, coke oven gas, corex gas, producer gas etc. Which have very low calorific value (ranging from 750 Kcal / Nm3 to 4500 Kcal / Nm3).
