Janfire “System Jet” is available fully integrated and incorporated to a very high standard into a range of UK manufactured Biomass Packaged Plant Rooms.
The complete system comes ready to supply heat, including fuel store, burner, boiler, flue gas cleaning, automatic fuel feeding and ash handling.
Nuergy’s UK based plant room manufacturing facility operates to the highest standards, where design exceeds NHS, MOD and local authority standards, consisting of a robust fully welded steel box frame and chemical bund skid unit base, all coated with special preservative paint and supplied in the colour of your choice.
The pellet boiler can be supplemented with inclusion of solar thermal and photovoltaic (PV) panels mounted on the side or roof. Nuergy’s unit is designed for quick and easy installation including tailored plumbing module and electrical installation for plug and play, the plant rooms are completely transportable and easily moved if the need arises.
Interior cladding is insulated to alleviate formation of condensation and optional components for one hour fire rating can be included to BS EN 1634-1: 2000 standard. Nuergy factory is ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001 accredited, currently has the capacity to produce up to five complete plant rooms per week and should demand dictate, manufacturing infrastructure is already in place to allow production capacity to double.
