Since 1967, the name of HTT stands for process heat production by means of thermal oil technology. To date, over 11,000 units have been delivered: Thermal oil boilers, electronic heaters and temperature control units, heating, cooling and refrigerating systems, heat recovery systems, steam generators – from small lab arrangements right up to highly complex reactor temperature control equipment. All of the essential components relating to thermal unit construction are a part of the HTT product catalogue.

Our philosophy is to supply comprehensive solutions. We don’t think in terms of components, we think in systems. You as a customer profit from the fact that we support you the entire way, right up to the commissioning stage. Whether it’s a new plant, expansion or modernisation of an existing plant or simply procurement of used equipment – with HTT you get everything from a single source: Consultation and planning, customised engineering, assembly and commissioning. And as regards servicing, after-sales service, spare part care and training for your employees; we provide for the sustainable operation of your equipment. Production

No Compromises with a Vertical Manufacturing Range

Technically optimum performances do not happen by chance at HTT; they are an intrinsic part of our programme. Tradition, experience and constant optimisation are the key to this success, as well as the uncompromising dedication to the exclusive in-house manufacturing of all our components. This is due to the fact that we maintain the optimum control over manufacturing standards within our own enterprise at our locations in Herford (4,000 m²) and in the Spreewald (5,000 m²). The manufacturing depth at HTT is unique in the branch:
 

• Electronics ad MSR departments dedicated to the planning and manufacture of monitoring, controlling and regulation devices, as well as substations.
• Mechanical manufacturing: Turning, milling, drilling, pipe and sheet steel bending and TÜV/DIN safety standards authority approved welding techniques
• Surface treatments: Staining, sand-blasting, degreasing, painting
• Quality management for the entire material flow
