Corridor Resources Inc

#301, 5475 Spring Garden Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada | Oil & Gas

Corridor Resources is a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and development company with tremendous upside potential. Corridor currently has natural gas production and reserves in the McCully Field near Sussex, New Brunswick. In addition, Corridor has discovered unrecoverable resources in the Frederick Brook Shale in Elgin, New Brunswick and a 21.67% interest in Anticosti Hydrocarbons L.P., a joint venture which has undiscovered resources on Anticosti Island, Québec. Corridor has a large land base of over 780,000 net undeveloped acres in Eastern Canada.

Corridor is a pure domestic focused company with no debt, positive working capital and is focused on de-risking three high impact prospects in eastern Canada: Frederick Brook Shale, Anticosti Island and Old Harry. Multiple exploration plays in different areas provide significant opportunity to drive future growth and build value for shareholders.

The Company has offices in Halifax and Calgary, and a field office in Penobsquis (near Sussex), New Brunswick where Corridor produces natural gas to Canadian and US markets. Corridor owns and operates a 50 km pipeline, a gathering system comprising 15 km of pipe, and a natural gas processing facility with 35 mmcf/d (5,800 boe/d) capacity. Corridor’s corporate strategy focuses on disciplined financial management, safe and reliable operations, and de-risking its high reward exploration plays.

Community Investment

Corridor believes Eastern Canada is the best place in the world to live and work.  We strive to be good corporate citizens and great neighbors. Our philosophy is focused on building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, communities, and other stakeholders near our operations.

Community Liaison Committee

Background

Corridor Resources is committed to working with the local communities in which it operates. In an effort to engage employees and members of the community, Corridor established a Community Liaison Committee for Penobsquis in 2006. This Committee is a forum between Corridor personnel and community members to share valuable insight, knowledge and information about our operations, safety and the environment and to obtain community input and recommendations regarding safety and environmental concerns within the Penobsquis area. We also distribute community newsletters and invite the public to provide input so that everyone has an opportunity to understand the work we are doing.
