Petron Energy, LLC ('Holdings') is a newly formed corporation established by the Buyer for the purpose of acquiring the Assets.Petron is a wholesale marketer of a variety of petroleum products, including diesel fuel, heating oil, kerosene, and both unleaded and premium grades of gasoline. Petron sells product to approximately 250 customers located throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the United States and is an established market leader.Though Petron Oil has been in business for over 30 years, it was acquired by Pepco Holdings, Inc as wholesale petroleum products division located in Exton, Pennsylvania and doing business in PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC and WV. Pepco Holding, Inc. Pepco Holdings, Inc., a fortune 500 company headquartered in Washington, D.C., delivers electricity and natural gas to about 1.9 million customers in Delaware, the District of Col umbia, Maryland, and New Jersey, through its subsidiaries Pepco, Delmarva Power and Atlantic City Electric. Isatong won the bid and signed Asset Purchase Agreement with Conectiv Energy on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 for the acquisition of Petron Oil wholesale petroleum products division located in Exton, Pennsylvania d/b/a Petron Oil (Petron).
