Houston Offshore Engineering was formed in 2004 to provide expert engineering services to support offshore oil and gas developments. Although we specialize in deepwater projects, our experience includes all types of marine engineering projects including terminals, loading buoys, fixed platforms, floating platforms and ultra-deep developments.We achieve competitive differentiation through independence, a long-standing reputation for highest quality work and a flexible approach to business.
