Duties included; marketing, sales, recruiting, staffing, accounting, office automation and leadership, Trained and motivated hundreds of telemarketers and outside sales representatives with lead generation. Other forms of marketing included direct mail and home shows.Additionally, worked with sub-contractors to ensure customer satisfaction of the labor and materials of the project.Providing residential homeowners with an economic solution regarding the high electricity charges throughout California.
