Our administration will handle all of the applicable incentive paperwork available for your project, for no additional cost. Most state rebate programs for existing homes are no longer available, but there are still state rebates available for new homes that are highly efficient. If a rebate applies to your project, we will be sure to apply it to your project to save you the most money possible.Your representative will provide you with the appropriate IRS forms necessary to qualify for the investment tax credit with any purchased system.Our team will pull any permits necessary with your local jurisdiction, and include all permitted drawings in your final close-out package. A permit is pulled with each and every project and is necessary in order to have your net metering program in place.

CPSC will assist you in your HOA approval process by providing you with detailed drawings and photographs necessary to receive the blessing of the HOA to move forward with your project. Many HOA's have strict standards, best rest assured that our installation methods adhere to even the most stringent of requirementsOur inside team will regularly update you on the status of your project. We firmly believe that communication is critical as solar projects typically span a couple of months from start to finish.

Once your system is installed and has passed a final inspection, we will notify your local utility regarding your new metering needs and coordinate the Net Energy Metering program for your account. Once your system is powered on, one of our team members will walk you through the system and utility net metering requirements so you fully understand all aspects of your addition.We will stand by our work against any and all roof leaks in the area of the solar array for 10 years after your system installation is completed. We firmly believe all roof-mounted arrays should have a qualified licensed roofer involved in the project. There is no 'cutting corners' when it comes to the integrity of your roof.
