ICC Energy Corporation

ICC was founded by Karl Butler in 1987 when he established Institutional Capital Corporation, which leased 22 buses to the Greyhound Corporation. One year later he founded ICC Energy Corporation, ICC Energy Corporation is a minority-owned energy marketing company based in Dallas, Texas since 1989 and is one of the largest (by revenue/sales) minority-owned energy marketing companies in Texas. We are currently moving natural gas in the Texas intrastate, Midwest, Northeast and California markets. ICC Energy also markets jet fuel, diesel, biodiesel and fuel oil to several utilities and industrial end-users.

ICC Energy Corporation also has natural gas assets in the Barnett Shale with its partner Chesapeake Energy
