• Expanding our position in our core area of the DJ Basin
• Strategically entering other basins which have demonstrated upside and growth potential, and leverage our skill sets in operations and development

We continue to focus on expanding our position in our core area of the DJ Basin through proactive and opportunistic leasing and bolt-on producing property acquisitions. Our success is founded in our network of relationships, our presence and deep local knowledge, and our strong technical and financial capabilities. As we expand our growth plans by extending our core areas, or looking to new basins, we follow proven strategic fundamentals. We look for neglected, distressed or undervalued opportunities in, or near, established hydrocarbon areas. We prefer established, low decline and long-lived production and reserve profiles. We seek a lower risk, multi-faceted value creation proposition through multiple stacked pays, unrealized behind pipe potential, operational efficiency improvements and/or enhanced secondary or tertiary recovery potential.
