In 1975 Theron (Gene) & Marie Rogers and Dave & Joyce Stohlman, formed Stohlman & Rogers, Inc., becoming the only locally owned and operated Petroleum Distribution Company in Yuba and Sutter counties.  They continued together until 1978 when the Rogers became the sole owners.  Gene & Marie expanded the business in 1992 through the acquisition and consolidation of Redwood Oil Company. Ryan Rogers and Mike Howard joined the organization as partners in 1992 and Ryan became the company President in 2007.    Current executive leadership roles include; Ryan Rogers, President; Mike Howard, Vice-President of Operations, Theron (Gene) Rogers, Vice-President Card-lock, Marie Rogers, Secretary and  Vice-President Finance.   The company is engaged in the business of wholesale and retail distribution of petroleum to the public within a one hundred mile radius from the Yuba-Sutter county region.  They also have Pacific Pride card-lock fueling sites which control exclusive franchise territories in key Northern California markets.  Site locations include:  Arbuckle, Davis (2), Paradise, Gridley, Sacramento, Roseville, Yuba City (2), Marysville, Sutter, Auburn and Wheatland.    In 2012 the company expanded their offering from bulk fuel, lubricants, and fleet fuel cards, to include energy efficiency products & services.
