Sabine Biofuels II, LLC (Sabine) is a second generation biodiesel company owned jointly by Endicott and Holly Biofuels LLC (NYSE:HFC). Sabine will employ Endicott’s proven, exclusive and differentiating technology for the production of high-purity G2 Clear™ biodiesel. Sabine, scheduled to come on‐line first quarter of 2012, is located in Port Arthur, Texas and will add to the domestic supply of economical, renewable transportation fuel. Sabine will be cost competitive with petroleum based fuels.  Sabine will integrate the key elements for success: exclusive proven technology, unique access to low cost feedstock, strong and supportive joint venture partners, and an experienced management team in the Oleochemical and energy sectors.

Consistently High Quality Product

The Sabine facility will produce exceptionally high quality biodiesel regardless of the feedstock, exceeding all the requirements of both ASTM D6751 and Europe’s EN 14214 biodiesel standards. Key attributes of the product are its high purity and low contaminants as compared to biodiesel on the market today. Our biodiesel product is marketed as G2 Clear™.

We have has produced very high quality biodiesel from all key low cost fat and oil feedstocks at Davy’s pilot plant. In one recent comparison completed by a leading petroleum refiner of G2 Clear™ and biodiesel in the market, G2 Clear™ was ranked #1 out of 400 samples tested.
