In 1997, Ford Motor Company approached the principals of Jack Becker Distributors (Jacksonville) and Flamingo Oil Company (Miami) requesting a Motorcraft distributorship in Central Florida. Backed by a 40+ year relationship, and a common belief that good service is a key principle to sales, it was agreed to launch Seaboard Distribution to meet the needs of Ford Motor Company.  In 2003, Seaboard Distribution expanded by acquiring the business portfolio of Coastal Unilube in the Central Florida market. In 2010, Seaboard Distribution acquired Neumann Oil Company based in Tampa, Florida. Neumann Oil Company was founded in 1933, and it was decided to honor that heritage and todays company name was born… Seaboard Neumann Distribution.  In 2012, Seaboard Neumann Distribution acquired Clean Diesel Services, a Diesel Exhaust Fluid marketer, based in Orlando, Florida. Seaboard Neumann continues to grow based on the original belief that good service leads to success.

Seaboard Neumann Distribution is strategically located in Lakeland, Florida. This gives us the ability to reach all of Central Florida from a centralized location. And its convenient enough to offer viable  will call service to many clients. Seaboard has 500,000+ gallons of bulk lubricant storage, 75,000+ gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid storage and 20,000+ gallons of antifreeze / coolant fluid storage. Our clean and organized 45,000+ square foot warehouse allows indoor storage of all products. In addition, our fleet of tractor trailers is fully equipped to carry both bulk products and packaged goods at the same time.
