Maher Oil Company

Maher Oil has been serving the Kansas City area since 1977, providing the area with fuel sales, transportation, on-site storage solutions and retail consulting.  In 2012, Maher was purchased by Janice Patterson and has since benefitted from 50 years and three generations’ experience in the fuel industry.  At Maher, we strive to provide our customers with the attention to detail and service they deserve.

ONSITE SOLUTIONS

• All of our tanks are equipped with secondary containment, electric pump, filter, and automatic nozzle.  We can place tanks anywhere-- from a single 500 gallon tank to multiple 5,000 gallon tanks, we are able to meet all of your fueling needs, including short term construction jobs to long term placement.  Dictate your own set up, or let us create a customized solution for you.
• Maher Oil can provide you with diesel exhaust fluid, from 2.5 gallons up to IBC tote delivery.  The tote setups have meters and automatic nozzles.
• Maher Oil offers tank trailers with solar power pumping systems for customers who need the ability to easily move their fueling location.
• Maher Oil can remotely monitor your fuel levels and automatically dispatch your delivery, so you never need to worry about your fuel level.  We are skilled at monitoring construction sites, private fleets and retail locations.  For retail locations, we will match your usage of slower moving products to higher volume products so you will have the proper amount of each product in inventory.
• Our drivers are skilled at railroad fueling and our straight trucks are fitted with Snyder nozzles for locomotive fueling, as well as other specialty fittings produced for filling refrigerated rail cars.
• We service hospitals, news, radio, communication providers, municipalities and more with fuel for their generators.  No matter what time of year we always treat our generator fuel with winterizing additive to keep you ready for whenever you need your generator.

TRANSPORTATION

Maher specializes in transportation of petroleum products.  With a fleet of trucks ranging from 4,000 to 9,500 gallon capacity, we are able to handle your fuel delivery needs.  All of our straight trucks are equipped with computerized dispatch digital meters and automatic nozzles for safe and secure deliveries.    Our tractor trailer units are equipped with high speed pumps, gravity drop and fittings to connect to any unloading configuration.  Our dispatch department can assist you with either Keep Full service or Will Call ordering, and Maher uniformed drivers are well trained in the loading, transport and delivery of petroleum products. ​
