We are a privately-held oil and gas company, based in Dallas, Texas. Formed in 2013, as a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital LLC., we have a well-established track record of growth through working with leading operators in oil and liquids-rich, delineated domestic plays.Pivotal Petroleum Partners was formed in 2013 with the goal of building an oil & gas company focused exclusively on non-operated working interests in oil and liquids-rich basins. The company has a history of creating partnerships with operators that benefit all parties. This approach allows Pivotal to build long-term relationships that have grown in value over time.   Pivotal seeks to grow its assets through the acquisition of non-operated working interests and leasehold positions alongside best-in-class exploration and production companies as well as through participating in drilling partnerships and joint ventures with select oil and gas companies. Pivotal targets opportunities that allow it to be an active participant in areas where the pace of drilling is increasing and full field development is a priority to the operator.  Our financial partner, Tailwater Capital, is a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on midstream and upstream oil and gas investments.
