Riverdale Oil and Gas

Despite the downturn in the oil and gas industry, Riverdale has been fortunate in finding some excellent opportunities. It has made a recent purchase of 10% Working Interest for $10,000 in a well with stable oil production of around 10 barrels of oil per day, for its Acquisition Program. It is also working on a lease acquisition in Kansas, with shallow drilling objectives that have a proven track record.   Riverdale has been very selective in the prospects and projects that it has been evaluating, which has been a slow process, but one that we feel will be very beneficial to our shareholders.

Ron Herzfeld, CEO 

Mr. Herzfeld began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1971, and has been involved in many areas of the industry, in fields ranging from 500 to 18,000 feet in depth. He has been widely published and has presented at major industry seminars. Mr. Herzfeld is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE); American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG); The Geological Society of America (GSA); and, The New York Academy of Sciences ((NYAS).

Linda Ellis, Vice President 

Ms. Ellis began her oil and gas career working for Shell Oil and Pan American Production (now BP). Her expertise is in accounting, revenue distribution, accounts receivable and payable, organizational filing, computer data processing, as well as her communication skills in investor relations.

Michael Glazer, Secretary

  Mr. Glazer is a practicing attorney in Dallas, TX. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Houston, School of Law (1985), and a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin, College of Business Administration, in Finance and Marketing (1981). Some of his areas of practice include, Oil and Gas, Securities Law, Banking and Finance, Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning and Business Transactions.
