Carlson Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated, full service company that began in 1979 as a one man operation. Over the years it has grown and evolved into what it is today, a full service company providing design and installation of propane heating and central air conditioning systems. Using the most durable, cost effective, and efficient products available, we can design a system that will meet your needs no matter how large or small.  Our state of the art sheet metal shop and talented sheet metal workers can solve even the most challenging duct jobs.  In order to complement our service and installations, we began our Propane division in 1993, making us truly a full service company. We provide clean, efficient propane for all your needs.

We stock an extensive inventory of repair parts for the equipment that we install as well as many parts for other popular brands. We do all this to help insure that you will not be left out in the cold. 

WHAT IS PROPANE AND WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

 Propane gas is a by-product of refining crude oil and natural gas. Propane gas is primarily a US domestic product and arrives in New England by rail, ship or truck, as well as a massive propane pipeline from Texas to New York which is a primary route for propane gas.

Propane Services: 

 We offer complete propane services including, propane delivery, tanks, inside gas piping and connection to your propane appliances, including, ranges, dryers, furnaces, pool heaters, generators. We can work with the excavator of your choice when installing your underground gas piping.Whether your propane needs are large or small we can help.  We can provide a small tank if you just use propane for cooking, or a larger above ground tank to heat your home or pool. We stock and sell underground propane tanks ranging in size from 100 gallons to 1000 gallons for installation by your excavator. Heating and Air Conditioning Services: 

Complete design and installation of heating and air conditioning systems for new construction, renovations, and replacement.  Whether you are looking for heat and/or air conditioning for your new home, or looking to replace your older inefficient system(s) we are here to help. We will design and install a new system to best fit your needs. We can fabricate your duct work using either galvanized steel or energy efficient fiberglass duct board. Our ability to fabricate your duct work allows us to accommodate even the most challenging conditions. If it is a hot water heating system that you are in the market for we do that too, from hot water baseboard to in-floor radiant we do it all.
