Eastern Propane Corporation, founded by the Nicholson Family, was established in 1938 by Bob and Lillian Nicholson Sr. with principles of dependable service, integrity, and community involvement. The propane gas and appliance service business has grown over the past 80 years to become one of the larger propane marketers in the region, serving customers in Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Southern New York State.  Eastern Propane continues to grow through the combined operations of several partners across the region:

• Lessig Oil & Propane of Wind Gap PA – provides fuel oil, propane, complete HVAC services and fleet fueling to the Poconos and the Lehigh Valley
• Trexler-Haines Inc of East Greenville PA – provides complete propane appliance installation and service to customers in the Greater Allentown area
• Bernville Quality Fuels of Reading PA – provides fuel oil, propane, complete HVAC services and fleet fueling to Berks County and beyond
• Anthem Propane – offers propane cylinder exchange for forklifts across Eastern PA, NJ, and the greater NY metro area.

We recognize that a large majority of homes still rely on fuel oil and kerosene to heat their homes. Though our name may be Eastern Propane, we are still dedicated to serving the thousands of our customers who use fuel oil and kerosene. We provide complete service for oil customers including service plans and annual cleanings.

Fleet FuelingEastern offers fleet refueling at two locations in Eastern Pennsylvania. Customers can pay by credit card at the pump or have refuels billed to their account. Contact us today to set up your fleet refueling account. 950 Pennsylvania Ave Wind Gap 556 Blandon Rd, Fleetwood  Eastern provides a variety fuels to keep your fleet moving. Eastern can install fuel dispensers at your site to directly fuel your vehicles. Direct fueling provides better control and accounting of gallons and use so you can better manage your transportation budget.

• Propane Autogas – Our own vehicles operate on clean, efficient propane Autogas. New engine technology is offering comparable torque and power to diesel with a fraction of the emissions and none of the issues tied to warmup time or emissions regeneration.
• Motor Fuel & Cylinder Exchange – Through our partners at Anthem Propane, Eastern is able to provide forklift cylinder exchange where a dispenser or spray fill from a delivery truck is not efficient. For larger users, we can install a propane dispenser for you to refill your own tanks at your convenience.
• On-Road Diesel – Centralized refueling for large fleets or large volumes of fuel make tracking and accounting for each gallon easier.
• Gasoline – Sending vehicles to the local gas station may be easier, but a 5 minute stop for gas can easily drag out much longer when your employees also take bathroom breaks, get snacks or socialize at the store. Reduce the shrink from refueling off-site with central fueling.
