Richard W. Hise, P.E., M.B.A.  Manager | Exploration & Production 

Hise Exploration Partners, Hise Oil, Oil, Gas, Richard, Forrest, Bill, Anee, Hise, Drilling Richard Hise graduated from Louisiana State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Petroleum Engineering, summa cum laude. He then went on to Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1979.  He is the CEO and President of Hise Exploration Partners, LLC and is responsible for maximizing the investors return on investment (ROI) through HEPs oil and gas projects.  

Forrest S. Hise, E.I.T., M.B.A.  Manager Business Development | Reservoir Engineering   

       Forrest is the Manager of Business Development (B&D) and a reservoir engineer at Hise Exploration Partners, LLC (HEP).  As Manager of B&D, he is responsible for raising capital in the private market space from Private Equity, Accredited Investors, and Family Offices. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and a MBA from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business.  HEPs portfolio of actionable opportunities consists of conventional, Gulf Coast oil and gas projects located in our focus areas of operations.  

Bill R. Hise, P.E.  Engineering Advisor

Bill joined Shell Oil Company, and following a one year training program, he was called into the Air Force and stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in California. After returning to Shell he spent time as a field engineer, reservoir engineer, division reservoir engineer, and finally as a research engineer for Shell Development Co. in Houston, Texas.        He joined the Petroleum Engineering faculty at LSU as an Associate Professor in 1964 and was promoted to Full Professor in 1970. Bill was named the Halliburton Professor of Petroleum Engineering the next year.         Bill created and served as the first director of the Blowout Prevention Training Center at LSU.  Hise served as the oil and gas consultant to the LSU Board of Supervisors and a consultant to several State and Federal committees on petroleum matters. He was a Faculty Advisor to Tau Beta Pi and a Faculty Advisor to the honor society for Petroleum Engineering, Pi Epsilon Tau. He also served the organization as a National Councilman and as the National President (1975-1977).  ​       Bill began managing the oil and gas investments of the Pennington family through Pennington Oil & Gas Interests in 1996, through a contract with the Hise Company. His responsibilities include engineering, technical, and operational activities. Bill has been fundamentally involved in the drilling, completion, and production of 13 deep (20,000 plus) Tuscaloosa gas / condensate wells with cumulative production of over 80,000,000 mcf of gas and 1,000,000 BBLS of condensate.  Bill Hise is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana.  ​       Bills role with Hise Exploration Partners, LLC includes Prospect Screening and Engineering / Operations, along with Investor Relations.
