• We incorporate environmental and Social Justice Practices into our day-to-day operations. We utilize social impact bonds to make a difference in the communities that we serve, and challenge the prison-industrial complex. 
• We build renewable energy projects for the future generations of Turtle Island and Mother Earth. We give people the power to make their own energy decisions—because no one owns the sun.
• We believe in second chances. Solar Bear makes a concerted effort to train and employ those who may find difficulty attaining a job due to factors that may decrease their ability to gain or maintain employment.
