With this financing package, when paired with solar, we can include all new windows, appliances, lighting, roofing, heating/cooling, etc. If its for energy efficiency we can do it. We can Rectify your energy and your home. There are no pre-payment penalties, so you can pay off your loan anytime and not get charged a dime extra. It is also an FHA loan so you can write off all that pesky interest at the end of the year. Basically it’s like paying with cash.
