Greenacres Oil Purchasing Consortium, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized in Scarsdale in 1983 for the benefit of its members residing in southern Westchester, NY. The goal of GOPC was, and remains, to enable members to purchase home heating oil and related services and equipment at discounted rates.  With more than 850 members, GOPC continues to save its members an average of 25-30 cents per gallon on fuel, while providing the necessary cleaning and combustion efficiency tests for continuous equipment operation year after year.

New York State Clean Fuel Tax Credit

New York homeowners who use Bioheat fuel in their homes are eligible to receive a New York State tax credit of one cent per gallon per percentage of biodiesel. This means, for our members, they’ll receive the maximum credit possible – 20 cents per gallon for the purchase of our B20 Bioheat fuel!

An agreement with a top quality supplier allows GOPC members to receive quality goods and services for less. As a result, homeowners in Westchester get:
