  Massachusetts state energy officials have awarded the MA Oilheat Council and the Conservation Services Group (CSG) $1.7 million in federal stimulus funds for the upgrade of older, inefficient oil heat equipment in homes statewide with new, higher efficiency oil-fired equipment.
