Residential Service

• We monitor your tank level and make deliveries based upon your historic usage. You do not have to worry about monitoring your tank or running out of propane.
• For customers who want to monitor their own usage and tank supply and then call when they feel they need a delivery. You will be scheduled into a regular route in your area. Any special delivery is subject to a $45.00 minimum delivery charge for weekdays during normal business hours. We ask that you call when your tank is at 20%. All OUT-OF-GAS calls will be subject to a $45.00 Pressure Test Fee. A Pressure Test is required on all OUT-OF-GAS calls. • Allows you to secure a bulk discounted price for propane deliveries made throughout the heating season. Please contact us for current dates available and specifics of the Prebuy.
• Cash on Delivery, all terms of call-in customers apply.
• Budgets run from May through March. Customers pay a fixed monthly payment, based upon their annual propane usage. Annual tank lease or service fees are figured into the monthly payment. Budget customers will be on a Keep Full Route. This plan offers a hassle-free service with a regular monthly payment! Call our office to get set up for the next Budget period.

Transporting cylinders

• After filling, take cylinders directly home.
• Keep cylinders upright and secure.
• Keep cylinder valve closed when not in use or when empty.
• Put a cap or plug in the cylinder valve outlet, unless it is a quick-connect type of cylinder valve.
• Keep your vehicle ventilated.
• Never leave cylinders in a vehicle, except when transporting.

Cylinder requalificationC.O.D.

Poorly maintained, rusted, damaged, or old cylinders may need requalification before filling, or may need to be taken out of service. Federal regulations and NFPA 58 require periodic requalification of all small propane (DOT) cylinders. Do not use or have filled any cylinder due for requalification until it has been properly inspected and requalified and the requalification date stamped on it.
