Who We Are & What We Do

United Energy is a new energy supplier to the Colorado Front Range. Our people are seasoned vetrans in the petroleum industry with many years of experience in the energy industry in Colorado and throughout the western high plains. Our background is rooted in Colorado agriculture from years of experience with several farmer cooperatives throughout Colorado and Nebraska.   Our supply capability is second to none as our business relationships in Nebraska and Kansas gives us the luxury of access to pipeline product from western Nebraska via the Nustar pipeline system. Our ability to access vast underground storage facilities in western Kansas and ship our propane to western Nebraska gives us substantial supply security for our Colorado customers that is second to none in Colorado.  In the simplest terms we are in the energy delivery business. We purchase our product from several local suppliers who fracture and refine propane from local natural gas supplies along the Front Range as well as ship supplies from outside the state via the pipeline syatem when local supplies get tight in the winter months.   Our primary task to deliver our product in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Our business is, for the most part, a freight business. Our cost of doing business is the cost of our people, equipment and energy to get the product from the producer or pipeline terminal to your storage tank. In our pricing structure we have to cover those costs plus a few pennies profit so we can remain in business and replace our service and delivery equipment as needed.  The more efficient we can be at our job, the more competitive we can be for our customers, which brings us to you. Our customers play a big role in our ability to be the most efficient we can be by becoming keep-full/route delivery customers and utilizing our contracting and level payment and early fill programs. With motor fuel prices approaching $5.00 per gallon at times, your willingness to work with us as a keep-full/route customer becomes more critical than ever.
