Walters Propane is family owned business that continues to serve Hampshire, Franklin and even parts of Hamden Counties with propane for the home, business or farm. Founded in 1945 by Walter T. Strycharz, the goal has always been to be a full service company that installs and delivers propane to your place promptly and efficiently. Today, Walters Propane is still operated by the Strycharz family. Richard Strycharz Sr., son of Walter, takes care of business the way his father did.  With the consolidation of big propane companies buying out the smaller ones, we are proud to be the areas smallest and most trusted propane dealer. We recognize all customers, whether big or small to make sure that there is 100% satisfaction.  Walters Propane takes pride in selling our propane at a fair competitive price and will not lure the customer in at a low a price, then raise that price in the long run. Walters Propane is a member of the National Propane Gas Association and the Propane Gas Association of New England.
