We furnish and install oil and gas-fired furnaces and boilers as well as gas, oil, and electric water heaters and central air conditioning systems. During the cooling season, we provide service for central air conditioning. Should your family suffer from allergies, an air cleaner connected to you heating (and cooling) unit may provide some relief. In addition, many customers have reported that the dust in their homes has been significantly reduced by installing an air cleaner. We offer different models for your comfort. For some people, dry air is not only uncomfortable in the winter, it may also be a health issue. We can install a humidifier directly on your heating system to provide welcome relief.

ROBERTSON FUEL OIL, INC. is a third-generation family-owned and operated company. Our grandfather, Benjamin Ashton Roberson, Sr., started the business in 1929. As time passed, his two sons and one son-in-law joined him in expanding the company to B.A. Robertson & Sons. The business became incorporated in 1984, hence the current name. In December 1993, I purchased the business from my uncles and my father. (An added bonus - it may cut down on the static electricity in your home as well.)  We deliver oil on an automatic delivery basis or on a call basis. We offer budget plans for oil and service contracts on oil-fired heating systems. We accept all major credit cards. Should you, a friend, or family member have any questions regarding the services we provide, please contact our office. Estimates are always provided at no charge.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. Also from Thanksgiving through mid-March, our office is open on Saturdays, 8:00 to 12:00. We employ an answering service to answer all calls after office hours. We have one of our service technicians 'on-call' for emergencies during evening and weekend hours during the winter months. OIL HEATING SERVICE CONTRACTS

• COMPLETE ANNUAL BURNER CHECKUP.(1) Cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of your burner. (2) Checking of oil strainers or filters. (3) Inspection and necessary adjustment of burner controls. (4) Cleaning of boiler or furnace. (5) Inspection or cleaning of combustion chamber. (6) Cleaning of smoke pipe. (7) Inspection of heel of chimney and cleaning if necessary. (Cost of any required replacement parts to be additional.)
• FURNACE CLEANING, ANNUAL BURNER CHECK-UP, ALL BURNER SERVICE CALLS AND PARTS REPLACEMENT. Under Parts Insurance we will repair or replace defective parts of your oil burner, as listed below, for the entire heating season from date of signing to May 31st.

• Inspect blower wheel & brackets
• Check system operation from thermostat
• Inspect heat exchanger for visible cracks
• Check fan control 'on' and 'off' settings
• Oil the blower motor, where applicable
• Inspect flue pipe
• Check for proper flue draft
• Check primary air adjustments on burner
• Check thermocouple
• Check for proper ignition
• Check operating gas pressure
• Check burners and assembly
• Check voltage and amperage
• Check and clean pilot assembly
• Check operation of gas valve
• Check electrical wiring
• Check operation of safety controls
