The Quiat Companies is an innovative investment company, which is comprised of approximately thirty real estate and oil & gas holdings throughout the United States.  Founder Gerald M. Quiat, has created a dynamic investments company by utilizing sound decision-making while fostering positive inter-personal relationships within our company, our shareholders and our business partners.  We invest our asset base through ethical and socially responsible business practices while providing increased income for shareholders, employees and charitable giving.  Our expansion model includes additional investment opportunities and acquisitions in both real estate investments as well as oil and gas investments.  Our mission is to provide strategic and responsible management and investment of Quiat Companies assets, incorporating the values of Tzedakah (charity) and the duty of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) while continuing to provide substantially for our shareholders.

Oil  & Gas

The Quiat Companies hold prime Oil and Gas investments in several strategic locations throughout the United States with large mineral holdings all over the western U.S. comprising an interest in over 7000 wells.   We continue to expand our portfolio through acquisition and/or investment in new working interest, mineral interest, or overriding royalty interest opportunities.  Our expert and professional land staff are here to help mineral owners in all facets of oil and gas.  Some of the services we offer include lease negotiations both for an individual or as a group, understanding lease terms and, what are your legal rights and options as a mineral owner.
