Hydraulic Fluids

Warco Hydraulic Fluids (AW32, AW46, AW68 & AW100) are quality hydraulic fluids formulated from base stocks incorporated with select additives designed for high pressure, heavily loaded hydraulic systems.  Warco Hydraulic Fluids are efficient anti-wear oils, fully inhibited with anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-foam additives. Superior anti-rust characteristics protect pump lines and controls against rust and corrosion. They exhibit excellent demulsification properties even above moderate temperature levels, still maintaining the ability to reject water.  Warco Hydraulic Fluids are recommended where higher pressures and increased speeds demand oils with added anti-wear protection. In the proper grade, these fluids may be used in circulation, splash bath and ringed oil systems supplying bearings and gears, as well as hydraulic systems.  Suitable for use where the following specifications are recommended: Denison HF-0, HF-1, & HF-2; Sperry Vickers M-2950-S & I-286-S; Cincinnati Milacron P-68, P-69 and P-70.

ATF Dex III/M

Warco ATF Dex III/M is a multi-purpose fluid, blended from selected, highly refined base stocks and advanced additives. It is recommended for transmission systems, hydraulic systems, and power steering units manufactured worldwide requiring performance standards of ATF-III/M type fluids / DEXRON®-III (H), DEXRON®-III, DEXRON®-IIE, Type A Suffix A and MERCON® as well as Allison C-3 and C-4 fluids. WARCO ATF-III is not recommended for use in transmissions requiring GM DEXRON®-VI, Ford MERCON®-V and MERCON® SP fluids.

Heavy-Duty Lubricants

Dependable lubrication plays a vital role in maintaining heavy duty equipment. Continuous operation in extreme conditions can lead to premature wear and even failure. To help prevent downtime and costly repairs rely on WARCO HD Lubricants, when “good enough” isn’t an option. WARCO HD Lubricants can be used to extend the life of rock drills, scoops, loaders, hydraulic shovels, agricultural equipment and a wide range of other heavy duty equipment.

Gear Oil

Warco Gear Oils are manufactured from 100% virgin base oils. They are well suited for protecting gears and bearings in cases where OEMs recommend the use of a straight mineral oil SAE viscosity grades of 90, 140, and 250 weight. Warco Gear Oils contain rust, corrosion, and foam inhibitors plus a point depressant to assure fluidity at low temperatures. Warco Gear Oils are recommended for use in transmissions, differentials, final drives, steering gears, universal joints, spine shafts, industrial closed gears and many other applications where GL-1, GL-4, GL-5 or straight mineral oil is specified.

Anti-Freeze / Coolant

Warco produces a range of radiator products designed specifically for your coolant needs. We produce premixed and concentrated antifreeze as well as a long life coolant designed for tropical climates.

Grease

Warco produces a wide range of greases however our most popular grease is Warco Multipurpose Grease, a red lithium-complex grease. Warco Multipurpose Grease is designed for high temperatures and extreme pressures.  It is formulated to maintain excellent mechanical, thermal, and chemical stability under extreme conditions. Especially well suited for use in vehicle fleets, mining, and industrial applications.
