For over thirty years, David King Enterprises, LLC and its predecessor companies has developed commercial properties for retailers throughout the metropolitan New York area. Our experience in retailing as well as real estate has helped us to think outside the box and to find creative solutions to problems. Our expertise in petroleum distribution has been invaluable when dealing with past or future automotive uses such as gasoline stations, repair shops, tire centers, etc., and some of the special environmental issues that these situations demand. Our objective has always been to pursue new deals that are economically sound for both  the retailer and the developer, and not pursue development opportunities simply for the sake of growth. David V. King

  David has over twenty years of experience with national retailers as a corporate executive. Thereafter he founded and grew an independent petroleum distributorship in the metro New York area. David has been involved in the development of over two million square feet of commercial retail properties from the Midwest to the East Coast and Puerto Rico.

Bradley D. King 

Bradley has twenty years of experience in tax and finance in a variety of CPA firms including five years as a principal in the tax department of a firm specializing in the real estate industry. He has had extensive experience in negotiating and structuring acquisitions and leases as well as experience in resolving complicated environmental issues. Bradley is also a licensed attorney.

Jerry M. Soucy

  Jerry has over twenty-seven years experience in retail development in the eastern United States. His career began in Connecticut and advanced from store manager of one of the largest retail drug chains (CVS Pharmacy)  to becoming Vice President of their Southeast Real Estate Department before entering the development industry. Jerry’s experience covers every segment of the development process starting with market research to lease negotiations and then the actual construction, maintenance, and operation of the project.

Lucille Bombace 

Lucille has been with David King Enterprises for over twenty years and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office.
