EASTHAM DISCOUNT OIL is a full service company dedicated to providing the best quality and service available.  Our service department is available to you 24 hours a day, year round assuring you of emergency service, if necessary, in addition to regular burner maintenance.  In an effort to accommodate our customers, we are offering our services via the internet.

DIRECTORY OF SERVICES

• CALL ACCOUNT: Call or complete the online order form when you would like oil delivered. There is a 100 gallon minimum.
• AUTOMATIC ACCOUNT: Fuel Delivery is based on information factored into your account such as how your hot water is heated, the size of your tank, etc. There is no need to call with this type of account, our computer tracks the delivery date and fuel is delivered to your home automatically.
• BUDGET PROGRAM: This plan incorporates automatic delivery as described above. We estimate your payment based on the prior years oil consumption. This program runs for a 10 month period. We supply you with a budget packet which contains pre-printed envelopes for your convenience. Payment may be made AT ANY TIME DURING THE MONTH THAT PAYMENT IS DUE.
• PREPAID FIXED PRICE PLAN: Please contact our office regarding this program.

Discounts are as follows:

• Ten cents per gallon off the billing price when payment is made within five days of receipt of metered fuel ticket.

• Senior citizens receive a $ .05 per gallon discount.

• A Finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be charged on all past due accounts. You will be responsible for any costs incurred due to non-payment. A Service Fee of $ 25.00 will be charged for returned checks.

• We must be notified in advance of any changes in your delivery status, closing house for winter, switching from automatic to call basis, etc.

• Our service department is available 24 hours a day, year round, for emergency services. Night and weekend oil deliveries are an additional $ 50.00. A charge of $ 35.00 is applied to burner starts.
