Tauber Exploration & Production Co., formerly known as Arthur-Smith Corporation (a former subsidiary of Tauber Oil Company) started by O. J. Tauber, Sr., is a privately owned Texas corporation located in Houston, Texas. Due to the reorganization of Tauber Oil Company, Tauber Exploration & Production Co. became its own entity in 1984.
