Goldking Energy Corporation is an independent oil & gas producer and mineral owner led by industry executives with a 35+ year track record of building and monetizing oil and gas assets and companies through multiple decades of industry cycles.     The Company’s focus is on conventional oil and gas assets in Texas and Louisiana, particularly along the Gulf Coast, both onshore and offshore in the shallow Gulf of Mexico shelf.  Texas and Louisiana are among the most prolific hydrocarbon producing areas in the U.S.  and offer an excellent combination of proven hydrocarbon production history, a well developed infrastructure and significant untapped reserves that can be further developed with the use of advanced 3-D seismic technology and the new era drilling techniques.      Goldking management has a strong track record of acquiring under exploited assets at attractive prices and adding value through cost and efficiency improvements, production optimization and reduction drilling.
