Energy. If we had one word to describe the work culture at Brio Solar it would be energy. And fun. Ok, we may need two words. At Brio, we work very hard to create a culture that empowers you to be successful while also enjoying every minute.

PAY

We created an innovative salary schedule to accommodate both veteran salespeople and newbies. For the hardcore salesperson, choose a commission only salary to maximize commission and bonuses. If that sounds intimidating, the $18/hr plus reduced commission means you still get paid while learning to sell.

How it Works

We’ve worked very hard so you don’t have to. From the initial consultation until the day your new solar panels start saving you money, when you work with us, we make it easy and take care of the entire process of going solar for you.

We strive to achieve a Zen-like balance between work and personal life. We also realize that things like getting a degree and having a family can make you a better salesperson and will work with your schedule to be as supportive as possible.

Go Solar

• A Brio consultant will go over your custom solar proposal; they will show you your panel placement, savings, and answering any of your questions.
• Our installers and engineers with create your CAD (computer-aided-drawing) of your home, we will show you your options for panel placement that will provide optimal savings.
• Once you decide on a design that you like for your home, we will get your CAD approved with state requirements as well as with our engineers to make sure you will have the proper placement.
• We will install your panels and then inspectors will come to check and approve your installation.
