How We Work

The Sourcenet Team believes that the goal should be a net improvement in the wealth of our clients; that real estate and alternative investment securities can be key to net income and that net income is a key measure of investment strength. We aim to use that strength to provide a solid foundation to our balanced wealth strategy.  Just as a one or two legged stool is inherently unstable, our philosophy is an unbalanced portfolio is also unstable. The Sourcenet concept balances on three legs: Income, Capital Preservation and Long Term Growth.

Many offerings have depletion benefits that exclude 15% of the revenue from taxation (Investors only pay tax on 85% of the income).  Another current tax benefit is the immediate deductibility of up to 90% of the investment.
