Dover Resources provides highly efficient marketing and logistics services for bulk commodity product streams including petroleum coke, carbon fines, injection carbon, biomass fuel, and other complementary products. Our customers include refiners, calciners, biofuels producers and end-users such as cement, lime, power, steel and aluminum plants, small boilers and farming / cattle operations serviced via truck, rail, barge, container ships and bulk ocean vessels.  Now offering scheduled, backhaul container delivery of petroleum coke, woody biomass / PKS substitutes and animal bedding to customers in Japan, China, Taiwan and Korea at near bulk ship rates.  Shipped weekly right from refiner or processing plant to the end user while eliminating potential weight loss or contamination.  Rail car loaders are currently operating and loading petroleum coke in Los Angeles and Stockton, CA for distribution throughout North America.  We also offer biomass-based fuels to western USA and Asian customers, including cement and power plants, and have the potential to transload biodiesel liquids from rail to truck for distribution in the Los Angeles area.    Dover Resources is known as a leader in creating applications or customers for new or challenging product streams.  Our clients have included:  BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron, P66, Shell, Tesoro, Valero, KBR, BA Energy, Imperial Oil, Kuwait Petroleum, YPF/Repsol, Mitsui, Sumitomo - and heavy industry around the world, including North and South America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia / China.
