Stagecoach Gas Services LLC

Stagecoach Gas Services LLC is a 50/50 joint venture between Consolidated Edison, Inc. (NYSE: ED) and Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP) that was formed to own and develop natural gas pipeline and storage assets in the Northeast. These premier natural gas pipeline and storage facilities provide a critical link between robust natural gas supply sources and Northeast US demand markets.

Transportation Overview

• The system connects to Millennium, Tennessee, Transco and major gathering pipelines

Storage Overview

• The storage facilities include Stagecoach, Steuben, Seneca Lake and Thomas Corners
• Key customers include: Marcellus producers, northeast gas and electric utilities, marketers and power generators
• The system facilities connect to TGPs 400 / 300 Line, Millennium, Transcos Leidy Line and Dominion Transmission

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Stagecoach Gas Services is strategically positioned to capture growth opportunities in the Northeast where Con Edison and Crestwood have extensive operating history. The location of our assets in the core of the Northeast Pennsylvania Marcellus Shale play offers an abundance of low-cost natural gas supplies. Natural gas demand throughout the east coast is forecasted to grow as gas-fired power generation and end-user consumption responds to lower gas prices. Stagecoach Gas Services will continue to pursue numerous infrastructure projects expected to increase exports out of the region. Stagecoach Gas Services is firmly positioned to take advantage of incremental opportunities as the supply/demand balance in the region continues to evolve.

Marc II

MARC II is a proposed new 20-mile pipeline extending Stagecoach Gas Services system to the proposed PennEast Pipeline, a new interconnect on Transcos Leidy Line, and Transcos proposed Atlantic Sunrise Expansion Project in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The MARC II Pipeline would provide additional market access for gas received from multiple receipt points into our existing system, including the Stagecoach storage facility, major gathering systems, and both the Millennium and Tennessee Gas Pipeline interstate natural gas systems.
