CMS Oil Company, along with our Caro office, Caro Gas and Oil, is proud to be the only locally, family owned and operated oil company serving you since 1945! With our flagship truck stop CMS Fueling Center, 373 Lake Nepessing Road in Lapeer, and our convenience store/gas stations located in Elba and Metamora, we are here to serve all your fuel and convenience needs.  As a commercial fuel and home heating oil distributor in Lapeer, Tuscola and surrounding communities, fair, efficient, friendly service is our top priority! We are honored to have long time, employees, Karey Fisher (1977) and Brian Skidmore (1988) providing our customers the most reliable, service and expert knowledge in the industry.

As fourth generation family owners of CMS Oil Company, Butch and Jennifer Yerian are proud and grateful of the honorable CMS Oil Company reputation. Carl Matthew Schultz (CMS), Grandfather and visionary of CMS Oil Company, started CMS in1945 based solidly on community pride and strong family values, principles the company still maintains today.
