Services

• We install residential, commercial, non-profit and municipal solar electric energy systems.  Solar PV is a tremendous investment for your family or organization. With all the incentives available you can expect your system to pay for itself in as little as 3 years.
• Solar Hot Water systems are sometimes overlooked but if you have a large family that consumes a lot of hot water, this could be a great alternative for you. Payback on these systems is 3-5 years.
• We now install a solar powered mini split heat pump system that runs off of 3 solar panels. These systems are ideal for garages, workshops, additions, sunrooms and any room between 200-800 square feet. These systems are completely ductless. They are a tremendous value and are also eligible for the 30% Federal Tax Credit.
• Solar attic ventilation is a great way to ventilate an attic. They will have a huge impact on your heating and cooling costs. They are also eligible for the 30% Federal Tax Credit.
• Solar lighting can be a great option for security, path lighting or street lighting.

Solar PV

 We are a strong believer in the Enphase Micro-inverter system for residential and small commercial systems. There are too many advantages to list. We believe that each solar install is a custom install. Therefore, we don’t believe in just one solar panel. We will fit you with the right panel for your particular situation. We have about four panels we deal with on a regular basis. All of them are top quality and have best warranties in the industry. We typically install an all-black panel for great aesthetics.

FINANCING

We understand that financing a system may be the key to get you into a system. We strongly are against a Solar Lease. The major leasing companies out there, and we all know who they are, are making millions of dollars off of you. It is that simple! They reap the benefits of all the incentives (30% tax credit, state or utility grants, and SREC value).We would much rather see each of you take full advantage of the incentives yourself.

We offer a solar loan program that is structured much like a solar lease except you own the system. Here are a few key points to the program:

• No equity needed – no appraisal necessary
• No out of pocket fees
• Secured loan & insured through FHA
• Tax deductible, fixed interest rates
• No pre-payment penalty
• Step Down your loan within 24 months for a reduced monthly payment (Apply any/all federal/state tax credit, rebates, ect to the loan within the first 2 years and we will lower the monthly obligation based on how much the principle has been paid down)
• Ability to finance 30% of the system cost for 18 months… Same as Cash
• A notary sent right to your home for the closing with 100% funding four days later
• Total time lapse is about 2-3 weeks from application to funding
