MN Solar is fully licensed Class A Electrical Contractor. The same people who install your system are the same people who will service it if needed. We dont use subs, we use only our own highly experienced people. We are a locally based solar installer with all of our team members living in the greater Twin City Metropolitan area. Were not located in CA, UT, WI, or IL, like so many companies that just sell solar in our communities and then find sub-contractors to install your system.     Solar Systems are an expensive commitment, one that will pay you back for decades. When you need service, will these other companies be able to respond in a reasonable amount of time? Who do they send? There are a number of great solar providers in the metro area that are always a better choice when making that financial commitment. 

What Makes MN Solar Different?

• After meeting with us, we do a site evaluation to determine if your home or business is suitable for solar and if it is, we determine where the best location to place your panels to deliver the best possible performance of your new solar system.
• Once the contract is signed, we immediately go to work getting approvals from the utility, ordering your materials, and applying for any rebates that may be offered through your utility company.
• Once all of this is completed, we schedule your project for installation. Installation takes approximately 3-4 days for the average home system.
• Once installation is complete, your interconnection is scheduled, which is usually 1-2 weeks after construction is completed.
• When your interconnection is completed, you are now ready to being producing your own power!
• At MN Solar, we are a community based company. All of our projects are in the same communities we live and work in. We are not from California, Salt Lake City, Wisconsin, or Illinois. The same people that install your system are the same people who will service it if needed.
