Dependable Cooking Oil Service, LLC is a Houston based company focused on used cooking oil collection and recycling.  We service a large base of customers in  Texas and currently provide service all over the State.  Grease material handled by our organization is recycled with the help our sister company Dependable Fuels, LLC into Biodiesel and other alternative fuels.

Since we recycle waste oils into bio-fuel, we are able to pay for the yellow grease at highly competitive rates while providing superior service for collection.  By collecting yellow grease on regularly scheduled pickups, we are able keep the client within State of Texas Health Code requirements and ensure we maintain the customer’s premises in top condition.  Our trucks and drivers are experienced with large volume locations and are equipped with all the necessary tools to keep the site safe, clean and sanitary .  Our trucks are equipped with gauges to determine the gross amount collected from each site.  Water can also be measured as it separates from the yellow grease.  As we perfect working together, the water content should be zero. 

As part of our service to you, we would also provide the following

• Containers to hold all yellow grease material at no charge to Custmoer
• Cleanup of collection areas at no charge, to ensure you maintain a spotless disposal location that meets all health requirements
• We have our own steam cleaning equipment to ensure each site can be maintained spotless. We believe steam cleaning is the only way to ensure complete removal of any spills or debris.
• Labeling stickers if desired showing Custmoer is commitment to recycling and green energy
• Regularly scheduled pickups based on volume and/or special pickups for high volume events
• Oil pickup manifest documenting oil collections from the location
• Emergency Dispatch number
• We compile monthly reports showing the location, the amount of cooking oil collected and the amount of water and particulate matter. Once the report is compiled we can pay either by check or via electronic funds transfer to your account. All payments are made within 15 days of the first of the Month.
