Bell is the First Tier company on the Fort Berthold Reservation under TERO rules and regulations. We perform services inside and outside of reservation land. We work with individual landowners as well as various Federal and State Agencies.

OUR CAPABILITIES

We are a full service company, that offers project spreadsheet maintenance, landowner database support,preparation of Fee and BIA/Tribal documentation. We employ professionally trained field agents, who will call on landowners for mail out, call for surveys and manage surveyors on the property. We prepare and file any documentation to any specific agency, as well as follow up on the approval.

OUR EXPERIENCE

We combine experience and attention to detail on every aspect of oil and gas permitting. To give few examples: Database management, surface permitting, mineral research. Our past work included managing seismic projects and securing Right-Of-Way easements for well sites, access roads and pipelines for some of the most recognizable brands.

OUR SUCCESS

We have successfully performed services for such companies as EOG Resources, Targa Resources, PetroGulf Corporation, Whiting, Paragon, Halcon, Saddle Butte, Zenergy & XTO/Exxon. We are currently partenered with PetroShale (US) Inc, and working with known brands like Van Hook Gathering Services, LLC and Tesoro/Andeavor
