PETRO-FLORIDA is a Manufacturer and Supplier to the Automotive, Commercial, Marine and Industrial lubricants, fuel and chemical industries. We have continually modified and expanded our product line to accommodate the changing needs of our customers. In the Automotive Line, we now carry a complete inventory listing of Automotive Lubricants across all viscosities. Synthetic Automotive Lubricants are also stocked to accommodate the newer and more demanding specifications and maintenance requirements of today’s fleets and heavy-duty equipment. This extensive product line finds itself in a wide range of service industries, including automotive repair and retail; on-site automotive service maintenance; and fleet maintenance.  PETRO-FLORIDA has changed with the times to effectively support all types of customers. We are very sensitive to customer needs not only with quality product specifications, but also with availability, just-in-time inventory management, and cost controls. Many popular products are manufactured and warehoused at the State-of-the-Art Blending and Distribution facility located in Miami, Florida. Since the majority of the stocked products are marketed, both in bulk and packaged, this means that you may order “what you need, when you need it…and just-in-time”. In most situations, customer orders are shipped the following day, either by our fleet of trucks or by specified commercial carrier.  Many customers also enjoy special attention through their Private Labeling needs. This specialized packaging can be arranged with many case, pail, keg, drum and tote products we offer.  There seems to be no end to the interesting requests we receive from customers and interested parties. In most cases, we either provide the answer, or advise where they can get the information or product required. Our Customer Service is rated of the highest quality.  Our close proximity to several of the major Miami ports makes Export of our products readily available. All of our products are manufactured at our State-of-the-Art Blending and Distribution facility located in Miami, Florida. We have our own rail spur, every day we receive 24,000-gallon rail cars of high quality mineral and synthetic base oils. Our blending process of combining base oils with high class additive packages produce products which meets or exceed industry standards.

This means that customers may order “what they need, when they need it….and, just-in-time”. In most cases, orders are shipped the next day, either by our fleet of trucks or by specified commercial carrier.
• We can supply lubricant products in a variety of container sizes to suit your needs. Special packaging and labeling is also offered and available to meet your marketing needs. Impress you clients with a product line with only your name and logo visible. Private Labeling can be arranged on many products, including pails, kegs, drums and totes.

POLICIES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• C.O. D., E.F.T. or A.C.H. and NET 30 DAYS unless otherwise stipulated and on approved credit. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There will be an additional charge of 4% of your total order for credit card payments.
• Prices quoted reflect current market prices. These prices are subject to market fluctuations without prior notice.
• Products ordered and not shipped are not held as backorders. Any products ordered and not shipped must be re-ordered if desired.
• Product Quality is Guaranteed at time of shipment only. Upon receipt of product order, immediately report, file claim with the Carrier for any damages or shortages, and note all, including product count on the freight receipt and bill of lading. Do not return any damaged or defective products. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• No returns on special orders. All returns must be authorized and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee.
• Special quantity discounts are available. Contact the sales manager.
• Your merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours on stock products for orders received before 12:00 noon. For out of state orders allow a minimum lead time of five business days.
• You can either call Customer Service at (305)681-6110 during business hours or you can fax your order to (305)681-6110, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm EST. We will set appointments for Customers wanting to schedule order pickup. Pickup orders are based on size of order & type of product. No appointments are scheduled after 3pm M-F or at any time Saturday and Sunday.
• A $50.00 fee is assessed for each time a check is returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
