Freedom Clean Methanol Recovery System

Substantially reduce your Biodiesel production cost with a Freedom Clean Methanol Recovery System.  Methanol is steadily increasing in cost, recover up to 100% of your methanol from your glycerol by-product.  This will also leave you with valuable crude glycerin that you can sell.  Our Freedom Clean Methanol Recovery System features a 120 gallon staging tank. This eliminates the hassle of storing it until you are ready to recover your Methanol.  The Freedom Clean Methanol Recovery System recovery tank will accept 40 gallons of Glycerol at one time.  Heat is thermostatically controlled for optimum performance and efficiency.  Simple to operate, open valves to transfer Glycerol from the staging tank to the recovery system tank. And open two different valves to pump recovered glycerin into your storage.
