Field and Shop Services

• Pressure vessel repairs, alterations and vessel nozzle additions
  Service and install of sand filters / desanders
• Installation of pilings for surface equipment
• Experienced installation of various production equipment (e.g. separators, knockouts and line heaters)
• Our crews can complete all measuring, construction, testing and modifications to surface equipment and piping upgrades to existing facilities
• Bolting up process piping, pipe threading of any sort, valve changeouts, new construction, repairs to vessel buildings, flare stack installation including flare lines, gas plant turnarounds, and on-site hydro-testing
• Process piping on site, gas plant turnaround, general welding, hydro-testing, weld buildup on corrosion, on-site structural work at gas plants, oil processing facilities and forestry facilities

We maintain the following certifications:

• The construction of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Code: Section VIII, Division 1
• The construction and repair of ASME B31.3 in direct fired heater coil in accordance with the Alberta Safey Codes Act and Referenced Standards
• The construction of Category A, B, H fittings
• Repair and alteration of exisitng pressure vessels
• The construction, repair, and alteration of existing pressure piping to ASME B31.1 and B31.3
