Prime Rock was founded in April 2017 by Manny Sirgo and former members of the Endurance Resources team and is funded with over $125 million of equity commitments from Lime Rock Partners and management.

First and foremost, Prime Rock is an oil company.  Our core strategy is to acquire and develop unconventional assets in core areas of the Delaware Basin and the Louisiana Austin Chalk.  In addition to traditional leasing and acquisition strategies, Prime Rock welcomes opportunities to align itself with top operators to create value for both parties through creative partnerships.
