Advantage Midstream was formed in 2017 to address and monetize a gap in the natural gas market typically unserviceable by traditional gathering and processing. Our process enables energy companies, from down hole to downstream, to unlock hidden value in their resources.

With the backing of a global private investment firm that manages more than $13 billion in assets, Advantage is deploying a multi-basin, distributed processing strategy producing premium refined products from natural gas. Advantage brings an experienced executive management team in the midstream and marketing space with cutting edge gas processing technologies.

Our Purpose :

Advantage Midstream, based in Dallas, Texas, is a midstream and marketing company focused on applying advanced GTL conversion technology to produce premium liquid fuels from natural gas resources across North America. Advantage offers producers and processors tailored solutions for natural gas and natural gas liquids in areas that are geographically constrained or lacking proper infrastructure.

Gas-to-liquids (“GTL”) processing has been around for decades. As advancements in technology have allowed E&P companies to extract larger amounts of hydrocarbon deposits from our Earth’s minerals, the same can be said for the evolution in GTL solutions. 

Through our partnership with Greyrock Energy, Advantage will deploy proprietary Direct Fuel Production systems, unlike the older GTL processes, that can operate economically in significantly lower oil environments.
