Stakeholder Midstream, LLC

Based in San Antonio and founded in 2015, Stakeholder Midstream is an independent midstream oil and gas company serving producers operating in unconventional shale plays across North America. Current capabilities include in-field natural gas gathering, compression, treating and processing services; innovative NGL solutions; and crude oil gathering, transportation and storage.

Stakeholder has a long-term vision of success. At our core, we believe that success and value are achieved by building strong working relationships with all of our constituents. Our goal is to create lasting equitable relationships with our customers, landowners, vendors and local residents where we operate. We cultivate these relationships based on trust, accountability and fairness to ensure that all “stakeholders” are heard, valued and served.

Founding principals Gaylon Gray and Rob Liddell lead Stakeholder’s customer-focused management team. Mr. Gray and Mr. Liddell have a combination of deep technical, financial and commercial experience, as well as a proven track record in executing growth-oriented, private equity-backed projects. Stakeholder Midstream is supported by an initial $250 million commitment from EnCap Flatrock Midstream, enabling us to work nimbly to create value for our customers.
