(MHPS) headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, has an extensive network of manufacturing, service, remote monitoring, and operations and maintenance support facilities located throughout the world. MHPS is a joint venture between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Hitachi, Ltd. that integrates their operations in thermal power generation systems and other related businesses. MHPS recently announced that its name will soon change to Mitsubishi Power.
