Founded in 2017 with a small footprint in the northern STACK area, Lagoon has now expanded throughout the Anadarko Basin. In September 2018, Lagoon partnered with Macquarie Infrastructure Partners for a total commitment up to $500 million. The company has grown dramatically over the preceding years and now has more than 200,000 dedicated acres, 350,000 bbls of water disposal capacity, over 200 miles of pipeline, and 21 disposal wells.

Lagoon is the premier midstream water logistics company developing and operating expansive midstream water infrastructure throughout the Anadarko Basin. Our current assets are comprised of commercial disposal wells, extensive pipeline gathering systems and a water recycling facility with 1.2 million barrels of storage capacity. Lagoon partners with operators to acquire existing water infrastructure and support production growth through organic infrastructure development.
